A centre with more than one doctor
Every practitioner keeps their own diary, working hours and patient list — on one shared set of charts and a single bill for the centre.
Each doctor, their own diary
Working hours are set per practitioner and their appointment times are generated from their own hours. No doctor can be double-booked, and no doctor can be booked at two sites at once.
One chart per patient
A patient seen by one doctor in the centre has one file. They do not tell their history again to the colleague next door, and a second record is not created for the same person.
The owner sees what a practitioner does not
A practitioner has the chart, the diary and the patient list. The takings, the staff list and clinic settings stay with the owner alone — which is the arrangement both of them want.
Sites inside the same centre
Each site has its own address, hours, front desk and till. The medical record stays with the centre as a whole rather than splitting per site.
Questions before you start
How many doctors does the plan include?
The Centre plan includes 3 practitioners. Anyone beyond the plan’s allowance is counted and added to your invoice, and is never refused — so a colleague hired at nine in the evening is working from that moment, and nobody meets a paywall mid-morning. Helpers are not counted at all, however many front desks you run. The Centre plan is EGP 2,999 a month.
Can each specialty be its own clinic inside the centre?
A centre here is one practice containing practitioners, sites and services. The specialty comes from the practitioner and the services they offer; the place comes from the branch. There is no separate "departments" layer, and that is a decision rather than a gap: a department that splits the charts makes a patient tell their history twice inside one building.
Can every doctor open a colleague’s patients?
By default, yes. A centre is one practice and a patient has one chart, which is what makes a referral between colleagues work at all. Who may read the clinical record is set per member in the team settings, and the read itself is written to the audit log — "who opened my file, and when" is a question with an answer.
What if the centre splits revenue between doctors?
That does not exist here. Sijil records what was collected and what was spent and reports both, but it does not calculate percentages or split revenue between practitioners. If that is how your centre works, say so before you start.
